Collet’s Café, formerly of Burlington, has relocated to Southampton as part of the Southampton Inn.

Our licensed café is situated in a prominent Victorian house which features 10' ceilings and is accented by a lovely bay window and attractive mantel surrounding the gas fireplace.

Although our café is no longer serving dinner to the general public, our complimentary light breakfast is served in the café to our overnight guests.

We now provide meals for our overnight guests off-season (Nov-April) and Monday-Thursday catering to our business guests.
